About Us

Martin Luther King Jr. once said, “we may have all come on different ships, but we’re in the same boat now.”

What people say about us

Friendly vibe. Comfortable seating. Very Clean. Reasonable prices. Good customer service. Ventilation system is fine. For a city of eight million people, there are not many cigar lounges.

We sat outside because of our fear of covid. But the people that work there are great. The atmosphere was great. We really had a good time..

H.. E. Allen-Chin,

Smoking a cigar is always an experience. Whether with a group of friends or in a secluded moment, the act of lighting a cigar can turn the mundane into the momentous. Born in the earth, raised by the sun, molded by our hands and wrapped in our history, a cigar demands that you slow down and appreciate the world around you. At Harlem Cigar Room, we create the perfect environment to accomplish that.

Tucked in a corner, behind cherry and whiskey hued wood, we’ve created a space separate from NYC’s insanity, yet entrenched in Harlem’s culture. We’ve created a space where you can “do you” whatever that may be. If you want to suit up and drink 21-year-old scotch, boss up. If you want to wear jeans and drink a Corona, find your beach. We are unpretentious yet cultured, distinctive yet familiar, and vibrant yet tranquil.

Martin Luther King Jr. once said, “we may have all come on different ships, but we’re in the same boat now.” This idea is essential to our identity because our goal is to be inclusive, not exclusive. We welcome everyone like they’re family, and believe that here you’ll find your sanctuary. We have a unique selection of cigars that can’t be found anywhere else in the city, and some of the best coffee in Harlem. Thank you for taking the time to get to know us, and we look forward to seeing you soon.
